Thank you for telling me know that it really does work. I wanted to find people that had recovered and I never thought I would. umm but yeah Thanks. I suffer very highly with panic attacks, mild depression, phobia and high anxiety. I just want them to go away! :'( Thank you for putting this video up. <3 x

Thank you so much for posting this video. I have had panic and anxiety for 15 yrs. the panic got better but I was still struggling with the low level anxiety. Charles method is great and has given me hope and I now know that all those scary thoughts and feelings simply can't harm me and I shouldn't fear them anymore. I wish you the best.

linden method is true i spent a lot of money for zoloft but after sometimes my panic went back when i tried the linden method on my 2nd of my theraphy i really felt better its good thanks charles God Bless you.
