I have listened to Don Williams since the mid-1970s, and NEVER saw a picture of him without that hat. I suspect he sleeps and showers in it. Emmylou Harris can harmonize with anyone, and could make a Marine Corps Drill Instructor sound good (well, almost). This combination is one of the fortunate blessings of having lived during this period in music. My life has been blessed in SO many ways, and this is but one of them. Thanks for posting. Ever notice there are NO dislikes on an Emmylou video?

"Who could ill agree" was changed at Gibson's insistence from Townes Van Zandt's original "Loop and Lil agree, she's a sight to see." Loop and Lil were his parakeets. He called them his "road 'keets." I like the Loop and Lil version best.
