This is a clip from Quest Church with Eugene Cho asking Shane Claiborne about what he would say to Obama if he had a few minutes with him. Sorry I missed the first part of the response.

  • We need more "Shanes" in this world; real representatives of Christianity.

  • Shane makes me want to be a christian again. The rest of you flat earth creationists make me glad I'm not.

  • @dastoybuzz A relationship with Christ is what should make you want to be a christian, your faith should not be subject to other people.

  • Ignorance is abundant. "middle class"? Despite Obama's use of the phrase, NOT in America, it's from socialist countries. Your hatred for the wealthier is unbelievable. Ever seen a poor person employ others? How many homeless people have employees? "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his servants, nor any thing that is thy neighbor's" Exodus 20:17 The poor can get rich, the rich can get poor. It's your choice. But it's easier to blame others.

  • @stadler72 Have you ever read anything by Walter Wink? He is a very interesting person who wrote about social justice and christianity. His books, at least samples, are found on google books. =)

  • @dastoybuzz The bible never said that the earth was flat. Creation is an ineresting study. And faith can be simple. =)

  • @dastoybuzz *disgust. sorry...auto correct

  • @dastoybuzz well...who says you couldnt be a christian the way that shane is a christian? nobody says you have to be a creationist maniac. im a christian but the radicals and conservatives discuss me

  • @Vinny192 I can appreciate his point of view and the literal interpretation of being "christ-like". If you're going to be a believer I think it's important to go big or go home.

  • @dastoybuzz lol.. people's theological beliefs regarding the way that god created the world either brings you closer or further to them? honestly?

  • "Blessed are the middle class" hahah
