Castiel, screened by Misha Collins, is an angel of the Lord sent to rescue Dean Winchester from Hell. An angelic force to be reckoned with, he remains a strong ally to the Winchester brothers, fighting with them side-by-side, eradicating the world of evil. Most importantly, he is a bad ass.

Supernatural is my all-time favorite show, and next to the Winchesters, Castiel is my favorite character.

This video is dedicated to my brother Steve. He got me into this show, and we've had some good times watching it.

Nerd Alert: Misha Collins as Castiel is one of the greatest inspirations for me playing Demon the Fallen and In Nomine...

On a less geeky note, Misha, unlike many actors before, and many actors to come, captured what it must be like to be an angel of God in a world of iniquity, betrayal by his brothers, brutality and cruelty... In a way, his portrayal of Cas depicts a lot of what it's like to be -human- in a world like ours. Looking forward to Ep 17 of the new season! CASTIEL IS BACK.
