The Concord Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps came to my high school to rehearse prior to their show later that evening in Columbus, Ohio at Crew Stadium. I took the opportunity to ask if they would play their on-field warm up for the camera, and sure enough they did! Enjoy!

  • @poopmcdoopdoop true but blue devils just cares that much ;)

  • @Superunknownful Also, it could have been right after a new head change, who knows. It doesn't really matter what people think until the actual competition though.

  • idk but this feels like the last really badass year of the blue devils

  • @poopmcdoopdoop well, people are always watching them rehearse so they want to sound best and idk about you but if I had 10 or 14 hour practices everyday i would not want to listen to shitty tuned drums

  • im diggin th blue rims

  • tenor stick flip at .10 sec

  • @poopmcdoopdoop

Hmm, I guess I never noticed :P darn me

  • @TMNoob3 Not necessarily, i've been to some dci open houses when their drums sounded like shit. Tuning it to sound good just stretches out the drum head, so it ends up being a waste :o

  • @poopmcdoopdoop

Its DCI. In order to perform perfectly, you must practice perfectly. :P

  • I don't see why they needed to have their drums sound perfect at that time... they were just playing on a high school field, not the dci world championships :o
