I have one and I got it from ebay.

I own a koch powertone II, I forgot to put it off one night and I realised it 2 days laters, so the stand by just fucked. When i brought it to the koch distributor, I tried another koch powertone II and the sounds was TOTALLY different than mine, I put the same setting, and I used a guitar with the same pick ups. Anyway the guy told me that they were hand made amps, they are fucking great. Nice playing man by the way!
