  • Whether the baptizer says " In the name of Jesus" or " In the name of the Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit" matters as much as whether or not an elbow was fully submerged. I.E. not at all.

  • Only legalists think it matters what words the baptiser uses when baptising. Baptism is about obedience to Christ's call because of a very present real saving faith.

  • i know its done in the name of jesus

  • Every baptism in the Bible was in Jesus name. acts 2:38,4:12,8:12-17,10:36-48,16:15/33,18:8,19:1-6,and22:16.Until Justin Martyr's trinity-type of baptism in 145 AD almost all were in Jesus name. Matt 7:19-27 points to many so called Christians being lost because of not applying the name as they were told to in Col 3:17,Roman 6:4,Gal3:27,and Matt 28:18.God bless us all in his family name of Jesus-Eph3:15!

  • Ive been meaning to get baptized. I was as a baby and I accept being saved but I think I should do it again..
