Tribute to the late President Sound System who passed away recently in Jamaica ,Very big Manchester sound system along with Jah Baron Hi fi throughout the 70's ,80's that had a major influence on many of the sound systems
in Manchester....Original dubplate and valve amplifier sound system....President had played many times with Quaker City ,Sir Coxsone, Frontline, Fatman and numerous other legendary sound systems throughout the UK,also shows with many touring artist and had numerous local dances especially with Jah Baron Hi - Fi which are still talked about today for those who were fortunate to have attended them dances...Very few sound systems can boast that they went to King Tubby Studio Waterhouse kingston Jamaica and cut duplates with the Great King Tubby,President was one of them sound systems...RIP
