Too close to the hood of the car (magnetic interference)... But thanks for disputing the crappy job that "Mythbusters" did. I live off grid and have used the Bedini circuit to desulfate my batteries and have charged them on cloudy days.
Does it have to have a battery to input voltage? Couldn't you just crank the wheel with your hand a few times to get it going and start it that way? In almost all the bedini/adams motor videos I've seen they always have batteries.
@PMMInsanity your talking semantics--the practicality of such machines overrules your hair splitting in this case..ten years of free energy--is better than ten years of paying hydro companies...or oil companies...a bigger device which can do more work- would eliminate altogother our power companies...gas oil etc...perpetual just means running constantly or continuously..not running forever...
@oranjeliniaal Not saying it works, not saying it doesn't work. But not all laws of "physics" (actually thermodynamics) are set in stone. In my opinion if it were impossible to create new energy, our universe could not exist.
@chinshihuandi he transfers the energy from one battery to another through a generator that uses the motion of a simple magnetic motor increasing the tension (volts) and reducing the current! once the car battery has WAY MORE current reserve (capacity to produce current from chemical reactions) than the small ones, there's still a lot of energy being wasted to keep the wheel spinning! There's NO energy being produced there, and MAYBE it is more efficient than a simple dual coil transformer!
@gabrieow you seem to know your stuff. would you mnd explaining the premise behind this cuz it still seems like its supposed to work at beyond 100% efficiency. im not okay with that

@maxvharper I haven't built one yet but I'm guessing you need something to spark the coils

i think you are claiming things which are against the laws of fysics. You can only loose energy not "create" more.

mythbusters don't care about anything on the show.
they care about only the show.
and the paycheck.
seen kari at a thrift store in sf.
she looks exactly the same as on tv.
w/less makeup ...
