Africa benifited from the selling of those sold its time for payment to be made to those sold from the countries in Africa who benifited, we can't keep running the white man for repartion while the first point of sale was the cash tills of Africa.

to continue from my last point . the Queen of England and Tony Blair refuse to apologise for slavery, least they have to pay any reparations to the decendants of thoes bought. Although American slave owners were compensated after abolision. Reparations is about more than money, it's about equal access to all the best things a country has to offer. To imagine that African's sat around enjoying wealth from selling eachother is naive. The continent went through a holocaust.

@akua1969 Ghana was the real reason behind slave trade with neighbor countries first the Asante started with crops then that expand so they needed more people. Europeans found out about gold and set up fort and the system goes from there. Greed is always the center of the demise of people in particularly was the reason why Africa will never be successful at anything because rich people there are greedy.
