More than 160,000 people visit Lincoln's Christmas Market each year - for 2011 335 thousand enjoyed the market! There are more than 260 stalls in the square and the surrounding area.

This video covers pretty much everything you need to know if you're planning on visiting this year or in future.

  • I wish there were some turkey ducks and swans to guide visitors around the market. The council should relocate them from the Brayford especially.

  • @mojoman4147 man what on earth are those turkey-duck things?! They are crazy.

  • I wish I watched this instead of going yesterday.

  • @HpseoJ and you didn't even have to queue for the toilet

  • I went to Lincoln Christmas Market this year. I hardly made it around to the castle stalls, as I ended up side tracking from my whole purpose of the market to go inside the cathedral. Next year I will have to arrive much eariler. I loved your video it was very funny to watch. I will have to look out the man with the cam next year.:)

  • Special shout out to the sexy looking WPC at 0'30secs! Criminals have never had it so good getting nicked by top quality eye-candy!

  • I don't like Christmas markets but liked the video as now I finally know what I'm missing ;-)

  • Yes yes yes!! I live here and that's exactly how it is but you can't get in your local pub for a drink . Top tube

  • brilliant...can't wait for next years!

  • @timoncheese I don't know really. They're just always there. I find it odd how I rarely see them in water, despite the fact they're meant to be ducks...
