Depeche Mode is a very surprise me: some of their stripped down live versions of their songs are even as good or better than the original ones :) They're just fantastic! There were no such moments when Alan was still part of DM :( Here is a positive thing to his departure(don't kill me for saying that.

They are just taking it easy performing as much as solo songs with minimal work from their part.

well it's their decision what songs they play isn't it. for me, boring is the last thing on the list dm is for me live. i was there and i do love it. they are no robots to play whatever you like.

dm was, is and will be the best live band ever, even if they only play all the "common" songs from now on...
