It's normal. Coyotes are opportunistic. Not dangerous, they hunt at all times of the day. It's not approaching people, it's out and about, im sure if it caught sight of you, it would be long gone. Coyotes are everywhere.

That's a coyote. I would call the local wildlife enforcement people and show them the video. I would consider it dangerous if it is hunting your property in daylight. It could be sick or starving and either way it is dangerous. Coyotes are a wolf subspecies and can/do interbreed with wolves. In the Northast, they are said to have bred with wolves (presumably in Minnesota/Canada as they migrated over to the Northeast. They were formerly found only in the west, but are the ultimate opportunists..

Its a coyote and its brave. A brave coyote is the worst kind to have, that animal should've been killed quickly before it hurt someone. If they'll come into your yard with all the human scent around it means it has lost its fear of humans and needs to be destroyed before it comes into someones yard and kills a child.
