A most excellent video... but I have to wonder if at first glance you didn't mix-up the criteria on your dates? Your filters are looking for a date which "is less than" the stated START date, and "is greater than" the stated END date - shouldn't it be the other way round?

@markevogt That's because the filter sets conditional formatting for the rows to be filtered OUT (hidden) - not the ones to be displayed.
