Paris Peace Agreement 1991 to 2011 Part II

Paris Peace Agreement happened in 23 October 1991 is the new chapter of Cambodian history after its decades of foreign occupation and civil war. This day has marked and symbolized a new era of peace, rule of laws, sustainable development and democracy of Cambodia. It is equivalent to the new era of world arena after its dark age of deadly world war ended.

Though, this day is not collectively recognized by Cambodians for its great cause to bring an end of foreign occupation, intractable conflicts and violence to Cambodia; the author here has seen this day as invaluable and recognizable to all peace lovers and progressive crafting of our modern world.
