@XxKuzaxX i say test it first, maybe 10 reps and 3 sets for basic and if u can do more then push it up to however many reps u can split into 3 sets. and have one or two days of rest

awesome vid sadly 2 months ago my stepdad was working out ona bench press and he hurt shoulder badly he couldnt make a 90 degree angle with it 2 months later he still has a little bruise but still getting in shape
