  • What is the language of this song?

    Japanese?

  • Yes, Japanese.

  • @lilkidz ...If by Japanese, you mean Hymmnos...

  • @Ytiruces It's been said by @Blibbles that this song is split into more than one language for this song.

  • *spoiler* can anybody tell me the song that plays on the boss RIGHT before Chester tries to kill himself and Amarie pushes him out of the way and then Chester tells you info????? i loved that song but have no idea what it is!

  • Love all Ar Tonelico music ^_^

    but love mostly this one

  • @clarissa1505 they love using italian like in umnieko so could have some of that in there

  • @lilkidz archaic japanese mixed in with some modern japanese

  • @mazdakitsune There's a reason for this : ) Akiko Shikata is the main singer for a series called Ar Tonelico. Salavec Rhaplanca was based off of Ar Tonelico 2's theme song 'Utau Oka ~ Harmonis FRELIA'. Akiko Shikata writes counter-part songs to each Ar Tonelico theme song. For Ar Tonelico 1' 'Utau Oka ~ Harmonics EOLIA' she wrote 'Utau Oka ~ Exec_Harvestasya/.' and for Ar Tonelico 3's 'Utau Oka ~ Harmonics TYRIA' she's making 'Utau Oka ~ Ar=Ciel Ar=Dor' : )

  • @lilkidz i can verify that: its japanese mixed with hymnos: it seems that in the first game there was more japanese, and it slowly is progressing towards hymnos

  • @lilkidz Yeah. It's split into two. Hymmnos and Japanese, but the main portion of the lyrics contains Hymmnos... There's plenty of wonderful translations out there for those who search for them and can see the english version entirely.
