A Lakewood, Ohio police officer stopped a vehicle missing its front license plate on October 12, 2010 at 10:26 p.m. in the parking lot of Family Dollar at 12220 Madison Ave. It was operated by a 41-year-old Strongsville man with a criminal history and suspended driving privileges.
Shortly after Lakewood police terminated their pursuit of the suspect, he struck a Rocky River police car and caused it to crash.
Stephen McKinney was arrested on November 29, 2010. He is charged with felonious assault, and failure to comply with the order of a police officer. His case is pending in the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas.
Love how he uses his turn signals...

@scheisse4001 Doing their job. If the law says you need to have a front plate, then they should pull you over.

Typical Lakewood cops. Nothing better to do but search for a missing front plate.
