I'm lookin to lose fat and on top of that, build muscle. I just wanna look toned and not look chubby or chunky anymore. I'm an athelete, but even with that, it's hard for me to lose weight.

Also, I don't have time to each breakfast usually until like 10 am, so would you suggest that I just grab a piece of fruit or something and eat it while I'm in class until I have my next meal? ALSO!! I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD DO A VIDEO ON EATING HEALTHY WHILE IN COLLEGE. I personally have a meal plan at school so I need to eat at the cafeteria some times, and it can be really hard to eat healthy in there. What do you suggest???

Does a banana count as a meal/snack? You say eat lean protein at every meal? And you say eat either 6-8 small meals a day or 5-7 small meals a day, so how much do you eat at each of those meals, amount wise? Like at each small meal do I really have to have a lean protein, 6-8 times a day? Or can one of those 6-8 meals just be a piece of fruit or something.

Eating fruit really helps too because it is so full of water and disgests very fast especially on an empty stomach and gives your brian sugar right away
