Even if he cleaned the gun thoroughly, the police would have likely found traces of blood. However, this is not evidence that was found or ever presented at the preliminary hearing. @TheRome111 If you shoot someone with a shotgun at close range you are going to have blood spatter on your clothing as well. However, he allegedly shot her in cold blood, did not change his clothes, went to school, and the police found no blood on his clothes at all. So even if he wiped the gun down he wouldn't have gotten the smaller spatter removed from his clothing.

f he did it, he should not be tried as an adult. He's a CHILD. He should be sent for therapy and councelling. It's the father who should be tried for gross neligence. jbrook, there wasn't a single drop of blood on Jordan or his clothing. There was no blood on in side of the gun that you claim he used to kill her "execution style". Look up high velocity blood spatter from a shotgun. You don't put a shotgun up against someone's neck or head, shoot them, and not have blood blow back onto your clothing and onto the weapon. It does not happen. The person who killed her had blood on them. The weapon had blood on it. The facts do speak for themselves.

This is wrong, he was 11 at the time of his conviction. Do you really believe a small town 11 year old with no record of violence could pull off such a controversial killing? How the hell would an 11 year old shoot someone at close range and not get blood all over himself. Even if he did kill her he wouldn't have enough time to clean up and get to school on time. If the kid did it, it would have been messy, he wouldn't have been able to control his anger or emotions. A child Is a child even more so as a killer. For a child to kill a person their anger and emotions would take over straight away. If he truly was a killer there would be so much more evidence. Such as history of violence. There would have been blood everywhere. This is just silly.
