Is there something you can use to grease the muffin pan with before pouring in the batter? Also, I would try using a small spatula or a spoon to scoop out the banh beo. Great job on the video though! I'm hungry now. =)

you could use a non-stick Muffin Top Pan and use an oil spray before pouring in the batter!
