Bi-Lingual Qubo STEREO

You must select "watch in high quality" in order to hear the stereo sound.

This illustrates how Qubo is broadcasting in English and Spanish at the same time. Qubo is locally here broadcast 24 hours a day on digital channel 68-2. They provide two digital audio streams, one for each language. For this demo, I have placed the English audio on the left and the Spanish on the right. You can listen to one channel at a time or both together.

This clip starts out in the middle of a cartoon, then goes into commercials about Qubo. Notice how only the main program and some of the commercials are bi-lingual. Sometimes, both channels carry English. Sometimes the audio is completely absent on the Spanish channel.

This particular program also had closed captions but they were only in English.

This was recorded over the air, but I wonder if cable and satellite carrying Qubo retains the bi-lingual audio?
