  • he sees the chick and gives her a quick "i wanna do you" signal when he humps the bar at 5:26 lol

  • you're not eating enough !! you're supposed to eat at least 6 meals everyday. the rule to gain weight is to eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight. lets say you weight 140lbs, then you would have to eat 140g of protein everyday to repair your muscles and gain weight. you also need cars and good fats. your whole diet should consist of about 40%protein,40%carbs and 20% fat. so you should be eating every 2-3 hours.if you want to get big, you have to eat big. hope this helps a bit

  • Put clips on your free weights, gentlemen. Have a good lift.

  • @jayvansluytman 40-60 seconds if you want to build muscle.

  • and whats a good break inbetween sets?

  • how many sets should i do for an exercise for max weight gain?

  • Behind the head shoulder press works out the rear deltoids. if you didnt know you will devolp shoulder pain if you overwork the shoulder WITHOUT working the rear delts. this is do to the muscle layout and it causes damage to the rotator cuffs. as for dead lift, you lift with your legs. lifting with the back will cause back problems if not now in the future. if you want lower back muscle do back extensions.

  • @yudista06 i have the same shoulder problem i suggest you lower the weights you use and train your shoulders more often...but not to much otherwise you might harm them even more...listen to your body and don't go beyond that :)

  • instead of exploding each of ur reps. a more slow controlled pull and push is more effective

  • At 2:09, you shouldn't be jerking ur back upwards when pulling the barbell.

  • these are really best exercises for mass building although dips and pullups give u more definition than size

  • im 15 so should i try and squat heavy weights or should i not go to heavy until im older?
