No 64-bit mean how many bits you computers prosseser can use at once but some computers use bits in channels like how many bits can be transferd per hert.

I got DELL XPS 2.4Ghz with 4 GB of RAM Quad CORE 600 processor 32bits.OS. I dont see any different. I dont see any lagging of anykind.. so what is the fuss all about?

@NoJohnDoe You can kind of see I was more amateur then, and the cam really doesn't help. Never buy cheap camcorders...

I have amd phenom x4 9550 2,2ghz,Ati radeon hd 3850,And 4gb ram ,but my pc came with windows vista 32bit,im thinking of upgrading to windows 7,but what bits?,does 32bit applications slow windows 64bit down?

Not really, no. On the other side, be warned that 16-bit apps won't work anymore, unless you get something like DosBox, or Windows XP mode for 7.
