SALLY GOODIN' is such a great song, most all the fiddlers and pickers in the 20s and 30s had to have a go at it. And they all did a great job. I think I've heard just about all of them. You wont find one better than this by

I couldn't believe it when I typed in Clayton Mcmichen and foung Sally Goodwin. I have an great collection of 78's from these guys. I worked my fingers to the bone to learn those Riley Puckett runs! No one plays like that anymore. But I do!

I've had this photograph for a good while. I never thought to investigate it. Even though the clothes look authentic, I thought it was a modern photograph.

I couldn't find the girl's name, but the photo is an article of 'Glamour Photographs' and was created in 1901!

The title of the photograph is:

The Moonshiner's Daughter

So, we both learned something.
