  • I wish it could've measured instead of weighed, do you have a receipt for that?

  • @shortpplrock6786 - Weighing is more accurate than measuring but I understand not everyone owns a scale. I have a conversion spreadsheet on my website that can help.

    Makes 24 pieces:

    White rice flour - 1 3/4 cup

    AP Flour - 1/2 cup

    Brown Sugar - 1 cup

    Sugar - 1/3 cup

    Water - 2 3/4 cup

    Evap Milk - 1/2 cup

    Annatto Powder - 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp

Reduced Baking Soda - 1 tsp

  • great tutorial. thank you for using alternate ingredient for lye. i was kinda iffy about using lye. where did you buy the silicone cups?

  • @Primadonna1027 - I bought the silicone cups from bed bath and beyond. You might be able to find them on amazon too

  • Are you filipino also?

  • @yoyong9877 - I am half Filipino, on my mom's side
