After practicing this in class I bought the suction cups.. no flame required, you just pull the handle & the amount of suction is adjustable. It's fun to see a traditional cupping session though. I love to see the after effects of what it does to your skin! haha. But as you said - TOTALLY worth it. Both cupping and gua sha. I am becoming certified in the Scout tool, which does everything she demonstrated in part one. Love these techniques. And lamonachula - it can be, depending on the intensity
