why such social shits are not put behind bars

Someone tell me where in this video is Muthalik seen talking about riots and exhibition? The question put by the journalist is not shown thus depriving us of knowing the real context. Tehelka poisons the well by supplying us a context on their own but the answer of Muthalik nowhere mentions anything objectionable. He seems to be tlaking about some money and the journalist talks about some publicity - the kind of which is not known.

Tehelka as always showing half tapes to mislead the peoples.

Believe me, if we set spycam to watch all officers, leaders, politicians — almost everybody will caught doing sins. When all these tapes are shown to leader, officers, politicians, they will say to each other "You are also in same row? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? You too? Our Indian MEDIA is also NOT excepted with such evil. It also asks money "to & not to" print/broadcast news.
