This video took about 3 months to source the material and to cut, but it was a lot of fun to create... Thanks to NIN for the inspiration!!! Without their great music, this vision could not have become reality.

Really nicely done, beautiful footage. And of course the song always makes me want to throw a chair through the window.. taps into that inner aggression, so it's scary to see what it would look like if the world population suddenly all listened to the same song ;)

a few movies: Pearl Harbor / Saving Private Ryan / Watchmen / Zeitgeist / Iron Man / Terminator 3 / Black Hawk Down
As for the widescreen, I got all my source footage in HD, and then converted to 720p.
Took longer than expected but it came out great in the end.

@wentzelJ21 Definitely. I'm wanting to get the format stuff down myself. My screen never can just fit like this video did. The formatting just came like that is what you're saying?

Well, being a video editor, I used Final Cut Pro 7 to cut the video... it can handle ALL formats and sizes etc.
Had to convert most of the video to a codec that "cuts" easy... ie Apple Proress 422 or H264, but file sizes are huge. Average Movie about 50-60Gb's. H264 is a 10x smaller but is slow to edit with.
