It is obvious by now that the athletes did not intentionally ingest PED's Because contrary to what has been reported in the media. they did not plead guilty to ingesting an illegal Substance. they pleaded guilty to ingesting a substance of "Adverse Analytical Findings". also as important is the fact that they did not plead guilty to knowingly ingesting such a product. unlike Carl lewis that failed 3 drug tests in 1988 prior to the Olympics. he knowingly ingested PED's
