Goodbye Garf Garf

So, this video is a couple months old....I just haven't been ready to post it but I thought I would now that it's been a while.

Garfield, as seen in previously videos of mine, was an old grumpy comical cat....but he was my baby. My favourite video of him is the "One Happy Cat" you can see on my list of videos.

Garfield turned 24 in March, and died a few weeks later. I made this video the day before he died, hoping he would pull through as he had done so, so many times before.

It was truly heartbreaking for me.

Rest in peace baby.

We lost 2 cats in the span of a month (one got hit by a car, one got sick) When we lost the first cat, Luna, we were beside ourselves with grief. When we lost the second, Anubis, the pain was indescribable and I know I personally have yet to get over his passing and this was over a year ago. He was only 6 months old. I'm a 41 year old man and when Anubis died I was reduced to sobbing like a 5 year old girl. They aren't pets they're family members and I'm glad Garfy had such an awesome mom :)

I am so sorry for your loss, I couldn't help but cry too. I know the anguish of losing a beloved pet, I've been there too many times. If only they stayed with us forever!

What a beautiful cat and loving owner. 24 years is incredible. You should be so proud of how well you took care of him. He looked very peaceful.
