In honor of Earth Week, we ventured to Base Bar at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago to find out how to go green behind the bar. Mixologist Paul Abercrombie and author of the first ever organic cocktail book, Organic, Shaken and Stirred, shows us some delicious drinks that would make even James Bond change his order.

Tip: Caipirinha is Brazil's national cocktail made with sugar, lime and cachaca
Tip: Espuma is Spanish for foam or mousse; egg whites give this one its frothy texture

Tip: Batidas are shaken drinks made with cachaca, fruit juice and sugar
