Nice video, thanks--but ... omega 3 not relevant in leafy vejees. Even if vejees had enuf Omega 3 the cooking DESTROYS all of it's value.

I love these things...I had some heart problems last year and have been looking for ways to incorporate vegetables into my diet and get rid of the bad foods and these are awesome....love the flavor...great with cottage cheese....ps...I don't think they're bitter, I think they're bright...kind of like a pickle....

dehydrating them is the best option!!
try dehydrating them if oven is to high will be bitter

Tired this receipe with Kale and loved the crispiness of the "chips" but they were disappointingly bitter.
Revised with beetroot tops and the chips were really, really delicious!!

@Fiddlewink1 I wonder if it has to do with the age of the kale...perhaps older, tougher kale doesn't create a good chip...not sure! I'll have to try the beetroot tops!

@danispies I lowered the heat of the oven and tried a different kale type/brand and the chips were delicious! Brilliantly good! Bitterness gone. Thanks!
