Well the sound here IS amazing.
But that's probalby because of Bill Dickens and not Ampeg SVX.
Well let's say 85% Bill and 15% Ameg?

@SuperRedrandom Probably a custom set. For one it's a 7 string set, and they're gold (either actual gold, or gold color metal, or coated with gold color, I can't tell)

I don't like these kind of videos because they promote a false identification with the talent of the performer. If you buy this product, you will NOT sound like Bill Dickens, but that was all that was on display here. He didn't demonstrate the software, or even show the types of sounds you can get. All it did was show you you're never in life going to play as well as he does, and so what if you don't? How about a real product demo that helps you decide if you want the program??

@MagMusic It was a live demonstration at NAMM. You have a great demo available to you free on our site and can play any way you want and evaluate all of the features during the trial period. Problem solved.

Any bassist playing more than 4 strings is a guitarist.
dayesonny 1 month ago
@dayesonny any bassist is technically a guitarist to begin with (the instrument is a bass guitar, be it 4- 5- 6- or whatever-string) :)

so amplitude is free, but the Ampeg SVX model costs a few dollars? or does the ampeg SVX come standard with the amplitude software.
edenite 6 months ago
@edenite AmpliTube has a free version that comes with a subset of the models available in the full version and also you can add Ampeg SVX and AmpliTube Fender, as well as Custom Shop gear to it.
