Hey, nice work! Did you use Flash to animate and design this character?
-
The issue here is the ability of drawing the animation, to know all the movement and time necessary to make the dog walk or jump naturaly.
I think most people are confused, because they think it's a software issue, it's not!
You can do it with a pencil, mouse, pen tablet, flash, anime studio... SINCE YOU HAVE THAT ABILITY!!! WISH I HAVE IT!!!
VERY NICE WORK

i wish i can animae this good :C
No, in fact each part of the dog (ie. the head, the neck, the body, the legs) are seperate pieces on different layers in a "parent>child" setup. So by moving the whole "dog" and keying out the motion, I can then animate the "head" and "leg" etc seperately.
But then, each frame has changes made to it, there is no motion tweening.

It probably took me two days from start to finish since I'm still learning flash. One day on and off designing the character and then turning it into a proper puppet in flash, and then another day to animate it. Not really setting any speed records eh!
