It didn't work for the hotdog guy because Derren Brown uses some kind of hypnosis on everyone in this video, and as you can hear from that guy's accent, he doesn't speak english very well, and probably had a hard time following everything Derren Brown said specifically "you know what's good for you to take" which is part of the hypnosis.

For those sayign 'fake', sorry, it is real. haha
He is using suggestive comments like my friend just said to take it, take it' which is transferring into the keepers mind therefore making him beleive he should take it and that it is a 'genourous' offer.

I honestly don't see how this actually worked. Either he did it like 1000 times that day and a couple of them worked... or I just don't think he's telling the truth. I've worked in retail and at a restaurant and never once didn't look at the bills and count them.

@m380ll34 If you're a Russel Peters fan, you would probably understand why I'd say "It's because he is Indian"

It could be real he said "Take it take it, it's fine" during the conversation as part of the subway issue where that could of been subliminal messaging

this is fake. When he payed the jeweler the money, he had no reason to believe it was 4500$ exactly.

@m380ll34 he did get the hot dog
i think the hotdog stand guy was too uneducated for it to work.
