great! i have been doing it for a week, and already feel my hips more relaxed
one question, in most positions you move, lets call those mobements reps, how many reps do you do per exercise?
i was doing 60, in most of the exersices, but maybe im doing to much reps and could do less and finish it faster, im doing this after my diarly seasons of intu-flow

great exersises, my hips are very close and tense i have been looking for something to open them and relax them
a question
1 how many times per week should i do them to see results, and open them completely?(im asuming i should be doing all the exericises one after the other)

@theraelneneme Everyday is optimal, but even three times a week would be helpful. Yes do these in the sequence shown, it's the best way to do it.
