Chase is dicking my wife and I around on our mortgage readjustment. I've had to submit the same paper work twice, after months of waiting, and several calls. I've been disconnected multiple times and lied to about them having "computer problems".

Here's the deal Chase employess cannot give out their standard id's due fraudulent attempts to get customer information. And agreed customer services over the phone is not the est. However, you should have just gone into a ranch or called a local branch. The call centers are not the best, but the bankers are always happy to help resolve your issue or call with you. Its always better to be in front of a live person rather than over the phone.

I am closing my chase bank account tomorrow they are the most rotten unforgiving bunch of greedy sinners in the world! A Comcast bill turned into 590 so far all because my government pension did not? get posted to their crooked elite money pit bank! Chase bank handled my credit card account for years. I was an on-time payer and had a sweet 5.25% interest rate. In the Spring of 2009 I got laid off from my work and for the first time ever I had to make a 50% payment to them. I called ahead of time and explained that this single payment would be overdue but all would be handled the folowing month. Not only did they charge me the late fee, they raised my interest rate to 29.99%. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BANK!!!!
