Why is it so hard to let down the barriers? This is very hard for me, I fear rejection or looking stupid.

I really liked what you said about true acceptance is love. Accepting yourself for exactly who you are is such a freeing concept. There is so much out there trying to make us scrutinize every little thing about ourselves. I notice the most magnetic people are those who like themselves. Thanks for this video.

It is a shame that the "willing self-sacrifice" that a parent can feel, when thier child is born becomes over shadowed by worry or societal pressures to be concerned for the childs future...It is a missed opportunity to experience your own feelings of unconditional love and to see that they love you, unconditionally...Good video.
