Water Baptism service

We love to have baptizings here at the Temple of Life Church..

It was a command given by Jesus and we love to obey this command, and take on Jesus' Name in the Water..

I would ask that there be no argument's over the way we do baptism, I understand there are those who oppose using "JESUS NAME" in baptism, and they quote the words,
FATHER,SON, HOLY GHOST..

I don't argue over baptism, I don't believe it's of God to argue over such matters..

I do however highly defend the "Faith" and My convictions are that we should follow in the footsteps of the early church, and baptize believers in the name of JESUS!

Water doesn't save you, it's the blood, but this is a commandment and in obediance to our Lord a believer should be baptized..

again, this video isn't meant to stir up any argument, it's only to glorify the Nameof Jesus and honor the Lord's name through water baptism...

"In the name of" means "by the authority of." It's like the old Keystone Cop movies, where the police officer screams to the robbers, "Halt, in the name of the law!" There is salvation in no other name, or by no other authority. Jesus was given all authority in heaven and on earth, and He commanded His disciples to baptize in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, i.e., by the authority of heaven. Therefore, when Peter said, "in the name of Jesus Christ...", there was no contradiction.

I never ceased to be amazed at how religious pride blinds the eyes! When one says, "I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost...this I do in Jesus' name!" He is calling the NAME of the Lord! Get some help brother!

I'm not trying to argue, but I'm only saying, that without calling on the NAME of Jesus in baptism, there is no remission of sins. I'm not trying to offend anyone, but it is not the Bible way to sugar-coat something as important as Jesus Name baptism.
