Ramakrishna died of throat cancer, Ramana Maharshi had skin cancer.

I haven´t seen any people in India using these mudras when they are sick. They just suffer and die in the streets.
I understand , teaching these mudras to
westerners brings more money.

they do teach them in India and that is precisely what people do that cant afford health care as they do tai chi in china. These particular mudras originated in India
