Check here for the original version I made.

Trained legs today at UTA with my friend Andrew. He won 1st at Ronnie Coleman classic body building show in 2010 (Light weight)

This leg workout is mainly squats, leg extension, leg curls, calves, lunges. I didn't get to film it all. I'll explain more details on my blog later when I have time. Its hard as hell to focus on lifting good and film at the same time.

Put your video responses of your leg workouts here if you want people to see :)

  • hey Hanh,

just curious, for you, whe you do leg extensions, do you use a light weight and go for more reps or go a heavier weight and do less reps? i usually do a medium-heavy weight and do drop sets till fail on the last 2 sets out of 3 sets. is that okay or do you recommend something else,

sorry if you don't want to answer questions just curious because you are one of my main inspirations for going to the gym

  • @Kelsousername Just focus on flexing the quads. Its a machine, not a power exercises so you don't need to do the whole stack. Moderate weight and going slow on negatives will work well for this machine.

  • hey hanh, is a narrow stance or a wide stance is betta for squats? and also at wt weight shud one start wearing a weight belt? thanks!

  • @casugote They both work on different parts depending on the position of your feet or how low you go... just lighten it up and do it for 15 reps and you should be able the feel the specific areas you're targeting. As far as belt it depends on you. It just helps keep your back straight. Some days I train without a belt.. some days I train with a belt when I'm working with 315 lbs +

  • @anonpoolaidsect Yes, but I like to keep my shoes clean. So its just preference. People can train however they like. With shoes, without shoes, without pants. I don't care. If I posted a video asking for help then I would expect answers, but my videos are just how I train. If they have different techniques and have better physique then feel free to make their own videos.

  • He does have a point hanh, but went about it the wrong way. Wearing hard heeled shoes or bare feet will actually increase your squat performance as you will have increased stability and be lower to the ground. Never really have a problem with squats too much, but deadlifts it makes a lot of difference.
