@hebnermm , thats a good point however we bathe before because we live in thick wooded riding areas, the flies and ticks are horrible, by bathing first we can reduce the amount of fly spray we use because the smell of the horses is not so rank that the bugs eat them alive, not only that, riding a clean horse makes us and the horses feel good, to throw a saddle on a dirty horse can not make rider or horse feel confident, the bathing also gives the horses added attention, grooming is always good!
