Why to move to the Imperial City

Just me trying to convince people to buy a house in the Imperial City. I was bored doing this so I didnt really put to much effort in this.

Especially since you can just go to a certain place in quests whatever day you want, with the exceptions of the Knight-Errant quest in Leyawiin and the Paranoia quest in Skingrad. :o oh yeah can you try a "why move to Leyawiin" video maybe? Leyawiin is my favorite town/city, and there are a lot of problems there ;D

what about Bruma? a good smith shop to rob and a fence from the thieves guild. lots of silver you can just take from the chapel and even more!
