actually Blackout is Grindor but different colors (same helicopter) , but Grindor is the new version of him. A pumped up version of him (upgraded his strength,power,and more).
he was 100% rebuilt in Cybertron.they didn't recover his old body parts since they wanted to upgraded him and not make him weak like the first time.

Blackout is the helicopter in the first transformer movie and Grindor is the helicopter in the second movie, who looks exactly like blackout except his lighter. So I don't now if its a different, one or if it's Blackout revived.
