how come most software will lower the pitch of the voice as the audio is slowed down? i see that was bypassed here which is neato!

theres a new thing called pauls super time stretch that is being made popular cause of this justin beiber vid called U Smile. i wanted to use it for an actually good song.

yeah that program keeps the pitch the same yet slows it way the hell down. audacity can change the tempo independently of the pitch if you want but isnt half as clear when stretching it to these lengths..

@guitaoist thanks! i tried it on audacity today and yeah it works to a degree, but with some electronic icky distortion that i know not how to clean up. still cool tho, thanks again for the info!
