Toro and Kuro...don't know them, but they seem to be Servobot humorous.
Pacman...hey, it's Namco's character. Been a while, and I'm surprised he doesn't just use a Power Pellet and just eat the opponent.
Megaman...and this Megaman to be exact...the hell, Capcom?

What I think it is, and many Megaman fans would probably agree, is that it's Capcom's way of throwing the bird to Keji Inafune for quitting. It's clearly there to make fun. I mean, fat old man in a yellow and blue suit with beady red eyes, screaming "THIS IS MY DESTINY!"? It's nothing like their boy in blue at all. Way to alienate new fans, Capcom; This dude ALMOST made me pass up Megaman as a kid.

s-so-you-pay-more-for-the-full -game" content and a lot more of modern elementss that makes the game for real mens. You wanted to be hated by ppl who beated Contra without the Konami code? Well, congratulations.
