For me , A kind of "involentary" realization happened, happiness almost with no effort, its scary. But.

the book is called "Before I Am" and if you type that into google with Mooji's name - there will be some links to his website and from there, there is a link to where to find it. youtube doesn't let you post links in comments otherwise i'd link you directly. its a nice book :)

At the realization when duality itself is dropped. Mooji is amazing as he has this incredible depth and understanding from the Source and is so powerful, yet gentle in delivering it. Love the fact when he mentioned in his book that he is just 'emptiness' that the Source is playing through.
He is talking about the true Self, the 'I-Self' that is changeless. Big Respect!
