We only need vaccines for things that our bodies cannot recover from.
Flu shots are meant to be for infants / elderly people only, not (previously) healthy young - middle aged adults who have a healthy and active lifestyle.
If you do get a flu, you end up sick for 2 or 3 days, BOO HOO!
I havnt even ever had a flu since my childhood. I used to get them almost every year up to 16 / 17 and think I ended up immune to every single strain.
