@WillordWinkyPants I'm not sure I can thank Fran yet. He seems like a really good coach but he has not yet found a way to get out of the first round of the tournament.

The 80's ??? They went to the Final 8 in 2001. John Chaney went to the NCAA's 17 times between 1984 and 2001, including 12 straight times-90-01. No other Big Five coach did that. And now Dunphy has gone twice in his first three years. The tradition continues. I'm a St. Joe fan but I tell it like it is. Oh and they're football team did go to a bowl game this year. You must be a Nova fan?

I'm a St.Joe fan, but Fran Dunphy is the best coach in the Big Five or six if you include Drexel.

don't talk about tradition unless you're penn. and you're welcome for fran dunphy, just another example of schools who spend as much money on athletics as they do on academics. it would be alright if our state weren't paying for it. and yes, i'm a penn fan who is very bitter about our last few seasons, especially this one.

SJU could only dream of having as much tradition as Temple basketball, but then again I wouldn't expect the average SJU fan to be able to comprehend that. Plus, SJU is nowhere to be seen in the Princeton Review's Best Colleges while Temple is right in there. Suck it.
